Virgin Mobile News Updates

  • The Kyrocera Rise is now available for $99. It has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a QWERTY slide out keyboard.

  • Virgin will be adding a new smartphone on August 31st. The Kyocera Rise will be available for $100 and features a QWERTY slide-out keypad. It has Android 4.0, 3.5-inch screen (HVGA), 480 x 320, 3.2MP camera, 1500 mAh battery, 8.5 hours talk time and 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 Snapdragon S2 processor.
  • Starting June 29th, the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s will be available with the Virgin Mobile prepaid plans. You will pay $649 for a 16GB iPhone 4s and $549 for a 8GB iPhone 4. According to the official Virgin Mobile press release, customers can also use their iPhone as a mobile hotspot through Virgin Mobile for an additional $15 per month.
